Videography Full Day Rate/per project -

Full day videography is billed at $550.00 per videographer/team member and covers up to 8 hours of setup and/or production. Each member of your crew is billed at this rate, so your total will reflect the size of the team required for your project.

 

Videography 1/2 Day Rate -

Half day videography is billed at $300.00 per videographer/team member and covers up to four hours of setup and/or production. As with the full day rate, projects requiring multiple crew members are billed per team member at this rate.

 

Videography Hourly Rate $200/first 2 hours -

Hourly videography is billed at $200.00 for the first 2 hours, with each additional hour billed at $100.00. This rate applies per videographer/team member and is a great option for smaller shoots or projects with flexible time needs.

 

Editing Rates -

Video editing is billed at $200.00 per hour. Editing time is based on the complexity and length of the project, and an estimated editing time will be provided in your project quote.

 

Visual Effects Rates -

Every visual effects and post-production project is unique, so pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis. Contact us by email with the details of your project and we'll get back to you with a custom quote.

 

Driving Mileage -

We're happy to travel for your project! For shoots located more than 30 miles away, a mileage fee of $1.00 per mile will be added to your invoice. Distance is calculated from our base location, and the estimated travel fee will always be outlined in your quote upfront.

 

Overnight Stays - All basic expenses, lodging, meals, etc. -

For projects that require overnight travel, all basic expenses including lodging, meals, and other reasonable travel-related costs are the responsibility of the client and will be reimbursed in full. These expenses will be documented and itemized on your invoice.

 

Long Distance Travel -

For projects that require air travel, clients are responsible for the cost of plane tickets plus a $200.00 per day travel rate. We keep airfare costs transparent — you'll see exactly what was paid. All long distance travel expenses are discussed and agreed upon before any bookings are made, so there are never any surprises.

 

Logo Animation -

Bring your brand to life with a custom logo animation starting at $500.00. Final pricing will vary depending on the complexity of the animation and the deliverables needed for your project. Reach out and let us know what you're looking for — we'll put together a quote that fits your needs.

 

Can I make changes to the work after it's been delivered? -

All deliverables are provided in final, complete form. Once work has been delivered and accepted, modifications, alterations, or revisions to the original files by the client are not permitted without prior written agreement.

This policy exists to protect the integrity of the work. Unauthorized alterations can compromise the quality, functionality, and overall design intent of the final product — and may result in a result that no longer reflects the standard of craftsmanship it was built to. If there are revisions you'd like made after delivery, I'm happy to discuss a revision request or a new scope of work.

Drone Videography/Photography -

Drone videography and photography is available as a standalone service or as an add-on to your videography package. Rates are as follows:

• Full Day: $1,000.00

• Half Day: $500.00

• Add-on to a Videography Package: $400.00

All drone services are subject to location availability and any applicable FAA regulations.

 

How far in advance do I need to schedule my project? -

To ensure every project gets the time and care it deserves, all bookings must be made at least 1 month in advance. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate last-minute requests, including night-before or day-of bookings. We recommend reaching out as early as possible — especially for larger projects or peak dates, as availability fills up quickly!
