At the September 2026 Elite AI Summit, participants used JMM’s AI Adoption Roadmap to examine where AI could fit in their work. As of September 16, 11 participants had completed a Roadmap.
The result: Participants received a personalized starting point for identifying opportunities and planning their next steps.
A more consistent intake workflow for a law practice
JMM completed three training sessions with a law practice’s chief of staff and developed a workflow for handling incomplete potential-client intakes. The process brings together the intake form and after-hours call summary, identifies missing information, and produces a Microsoft Word draft for staff review.
The result: The chief of staff has a repeatable procedure that removes the step of copying AI output into a separate Word template. Staff and the attorney remain responsible for reviewing the information.
AI agents demonstrated in action
At the Elite AI Summit, JMM demonstrated working AI agents, including Atlas answering questions and a bilingual dental voice-agent demonstration in English and Spanish. Attendees saw how an agent could handle a conversation and support a defined business workflow.
The result: The live training and demonstrations led to follow-up inquiries about consultations and group workshops.
Regional reach, rooted in South Carolina
JMM founded the Elite AI Summit in Spartanburg. Registrants came from 12 cities across South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia, bringing small-business, nonprofit, and professional perspectives into the conversation about responsible AI adoption.
