Justin Myrick Media recently acquired a new logo. We were ecstatic with how it came out. So we gave it the full Justin Myrick Media VFX treatment to bookend the demo reel. During the process the idea came up to test out a water sim on the logo. This will not be in the final logo animation. This is purely just a test.
Overall, we're not 100% satisfied with the final result. For starters, the fluid looks a little too thick. Which might mean that a viscosity setting needs to be altered before the caching process. It also took longer to cache than expected.
This first test was a large learning process. So, the next time that this idea comes up, Justin Myrick Media will be more educated when addressing the client's needs.
